About the gift vouchers.

If you have decided to purchase one of our gift vouchers for yourself or someone else, here are some things you need to know:

  1. Gift Vouchers are personal and non- transferable, meaning they are only valid when used by the person who has the confirmation from our website and who’s name appears on the voucher.
  2. The vouchers have an expiry date and must be used by the recipient within 12 months from purchase.
  3. Bungee gift vouchers are not for one specific jump, therefore if the recipient uses the gift voucher and there is credit remaining on the voucher, it cannot be refunded, but it can be used towards future jumps.
  4. In the instance of a jump costing more than the balance of the voucher, the recipient must pay the difference before jumping. The price of each jump can be see on our website if you’d like to check before arriving.
